Build Images Ltd is a privately owned new media design consultancy based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. Build Images Ltd provides web design, graphic design and 3d design solutions to companies worldwide.

Brief:

Build Images Ltd use software applications that require a lot of processing power. Their current hardware was inadequate to support their business requirements. Studio Manager Dan Muckle said, “Our applications and data are essentially our business. We need an IT infrastructure that is able to cope with the greater demands of our customers.  We need to be able to send jobs to the render farm without worrying how long they will take to render.”         

Solution:

Build Images Ltd know and understand their IT needs and requirements.  San-IT refreshed the hardware to the latest technology and a virtual environment was implemented using VMware at both server and client level. This provided a fast and effective system that is backed up to a NAS (Network Attached Storage) box during non business hours.
