Whatever systems and software you use, we’ll monitor and manage performance so you can be confident you’re getting the best out of your IT resources and protecting your business from potential problems. Using our specially-developed remote management and monitoring software, we can often spot problems and fix them before you notice there’s anything wrong.
On-call help from a friendly IT team
We’ll get to know you, and you’ll get to know us. When you do have a problem, you can call and speak directly to someone who knows your systems and can sort out what needs to be done. From quick advice on an Excel issue through to stepping in when disaster strikes, we’re there on the end of the phone whenever you need us.
No complicated four-hour or six-hour service agreements; no waiting because your problem doesn’t fit into a standard ‘top priority’ category. It’s our job to make sure technology issues don’t slow you down. If you tell us it’s urgent, we’ll believe you.
IT director-level input for advice and guidance
In addition to day-to-day technical support, you’ll also get advice and guidance from senior San-IT staff on how to best use IT to meet your business goals.
Before we even put together a quote for a support contract, we’ll spend time with you at no charge to assess your existing systems, look at your business processes, and discuss current issues. You’ll then get a written report plus a follow-up meeting where we’ll talk through the findings and explain the recommendations.
Once we take on the support contract, we’ll keep the senior-level relationship going. You’ll get on-going, relevant advice about making best use of IT as your business develops, and you can contact us at any time to talk through ideas.
Whether you’re looking to outsource your IT support for the first time or to replace an existing provider, you’ll find our structured handover process simple and straightforward. We’ll work through a series of checklists with you, and we’ll liaise directly with your previous provider (where applicable). There’s not much we haven’t seen before, and we’ll soon be as familiar with your network as if we’d been looking after you for years.
You won’t find yourself locked in to a lengthy contract. We’d rather customers stay because they want to (and they do). You are free to leave at any time, at a month’s notice. If you’d rather not commit to a regular monthly payment, we’re equally happy to provide ad-hoc support as and when you need it.
We’re so confident you’ll be happy with what we do that we offer a simple guarantee: If for any reason within the first 60 days you decide you’re not satisfied, we will refund you everything you’ve paid for our time.
