This solution is designed for you to pick
and choose the frequency of your IT support, think of it as pay as you
go.
When you require support, simply contact us and we’ll resolve your
issue or answer your queries. All support issues are logged in our helpdesk
system, as is the time taken to resolve them. Time is then deducted from
the account balance and the customer is notified of the remaining time
in credit.
Support time is used in 15-minute blocks and is rounded up or down to
the nearest fifteen minutes. A minimum of two days can be purchased on
this solution, with no maximum days being specified, although we would
recommend the most cost effective solution to suit your current requirements.
In addition you will also receive a 5% discount entitlement on all project
based work.
